ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to conduct an enquiry and take appropriate action based on the petitioner's representation dated 03.01.2025. 1/4

2. The allegation as against the petitioner's mother-in-law is that she is misusing his office, taking undue advantage of it and creating forged documents. Even though the said mother-in-law is not a party in this writ petition, she is being represented by an Advocate, Mr.Nambi Gowtham, who has appeared as an intervenor.

3. Therefore, this Court is directing the respondent to conduct an enquiry after issuing notice to the petitioner, his wife, and his mother-in-law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there is any criminal activity, the respondent shall initiate appropriate action against the petitioner's mother-in-law in accordance with law.

4. With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs 17.06.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes jbr 2/4
