2.Today(27.06.2025), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that as directed by this Court, the respondent police has conducted an enquiry and closed the same on 02.04.2025. He further submits that a closure report has also been furnished to this petitioner. 3.Recording the aforesaid submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Contempt Petition is closed with liberty to this petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
