ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner in the loan transaction.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner.
3.According to the petitioner is the petition, due to money dispute between the petitioner and the defacto complainant, the defacto complainant made a complaint to the first respondent police. Based on the compliant, the respondent police continuously harassed the petitioner under guise of enquiry.
4. Heard, Mr.K.M.Anbunithi, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

Crl.O.P(MD)No.10616 of 2019 based on the complaint given by the Branch Manager, Indian BanK, enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R.No.153 of 2019 and the same was closed on 30.10.2019 by observing that it is a purely banking transfer dispute. He further submitted that the closure report was also served upon the complainant.
6. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further consideration in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
