O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking a direction to the respondents to conduct survey of the land of the petitioner in Survey No.52/78 situated at Seethappatti Village, Kaatuputhur West, Thottiyam Taluk, Trichy District. The petitioner had given representation on 01.04.2023.

2.Heard Mr.K.Arunraj, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Ms.D.Farjana Ghousia, learned Special Government Pleader for first respondents.

3.The petitioner claims title to the property. Patta also stands in the name of the petitioner.

4.A direction is given to the respondents to proceed further to conduct survey of the aforementioned land. If there are no objections, the entire exercise may be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there are any objection, then a report may be filed. But since the sale deed and patta stand in the name 2/4

of the petitioner, it would only be appropriate that survey should be conducted.
