ORDER

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to make correction in Survey Sketch of the lands at Survey No.219/2A and Survey No.219/2B of Pullur Village, Thiruvadanai Village, Ramanathapuram District, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 11.08.2016, within a stipulated time frame.

According to the petitioner, he is the owner of the property in Survey Nos.219/2A and 219/2B of Pullur Village and in the survey sketch, the boundaries of the said lands were wrongly mentioned by adding 3 cents in Survey No.219/2A towards its westwards and subtracting cents in Survey No.219/2B towards its Eastwards.

3. The learned counsel for the sixth respondent submits that the sixth respondent has no objection for correcting the survey sketch.

4. In the above circumstances, the respondents 4 and 5 are directed to survey the land and after conducting survey, re-fix the boundary as per the revenue records and based on the title of the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
