[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 2 to 5 to pass notification, directing the public to make money transaction above Rs.5000/- by using ATM card, Debit Card and Net Bank and other Bank Cards in a Strict manner or in a war footing manner, then only fake currencies corruption, black money and terrorism will get down to zero level; so that Indian Economy will grow well and people will get prosperous and peaceful life, by considering the representation dated 19.12.2016.
2.It is seen from the records that the present Association has already filed WP No.1560 of 2017 on the file of the Principal Bench, wherein the present petitioner has been specifically prohibited for filing Public Interest Litigation.
3.Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances and also considering the fact that in taking money from ATM, subsequent orders have been passed by the concerned authorities, this Writ Petition is not legally maintainable and the same is liable to be dismissed. 4.In fine, this Writ Petition is dismissed without cost.
