O R D E R

This Writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.08.2013, and to further direct them to regularize her pending salary carrier at the third respondent School.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner would be satisfied, if her representation dated 10.08.2013, is directed to be considered within a time frame stipulated by this Court.

3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer now sought for before this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's case, this Court is inclined to pass the following direction: "The second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.08.2013, and to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
