This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the fourth and fifth respondents not to harass the petitioner based on the representation dated 20.06.2023. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that based on the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tirunelveli in Crl.M.P.No.27962 of 2023, the enquiry was conducted and a report has already been filed before the learned Magistrate on 03.02.2024. A copy of the same has also been furnished before this Court.

3.In the light of the development, it is now for the learned Judicial Magistrate to act upon the report filed by the CCB, Tirunelveli and the fourth and fifth respondents will not continue to call the petitioner for any further enquiry and harass the petitioner. 4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. 08.11.2024 NCC :
