This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.342 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that after completing the investigation, has laid the final report before the competent Court.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), nothing survives for further adjudication and hence, this writ petition stands dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to raise all his contention before the trial Court. Consequently, connected criminal miscellaneous petition is closed.
