ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records in Crime No.20 of 2022 on the file of the 1st respondent police and to quash the same as against the petitioner/sole accused.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent No.1 would submit that investigation has been completed and Final Report is also filed before the Special Court, Tirunelveli, on 24.05.2023 and it was taken cognizance in C.C.No.1859 of 2023.

3. In view of the above said development, this matter has become infructuous. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the contents of the above said Final Report, he can workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. In the result, this Criminal Original petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 27.06.2023 NCC :
