ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.8435 of 2025 dated 08.05.2025.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Hon'ble Court passed order in Crl.O.P(MD).No.8435 of 2025 dated 08.05.2025 and the order copy was made ready on 29.05.2025. Moreover, the petitioner is suffering from lung disease and due to her old age sickness she is unable to walk even for a short distance. Due to her medical condition she could not appear before the concerned Court. For the said reasons only, she is unable to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8435 of 2025 dated 08.05.2025. Hence, he prayed to extend the time period, by allowing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has not raised any objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this Court is inclined to extend the time period. Accordingly, further period of two weeks is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/3
