J U D G M E N T

[Judgment of the Court was made by S.VAIDYANATHAN, J.] This intra-court appeal is directed against the order, dated 05.06.2023, passed in W.P.(MD) No.12852 of 2023.

2. The grievance of the appellant / writ petitioner is that though the learned Single Judge has observed that the representation of the appellant could be considered by the second respondent, the learned Single Judge has dismissed the writ petition. In the light of the same, not even an inch has been moved after the communication of the second respondent dated 05.07.2022.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that appropriate action will be taken, after hearing the appellant in person, based on the communication of the second respondent, dated 05.07.2022 and reply will be given to him and such exercise will be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Judgment.

4. Recording the above submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ appeal is disposed of. It is open to the appellant to submit additional representation, if required. No costs. [S.V.N., J.] [D.B.C., J.] 06.07.2023 NCC :
