ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as Accused No.1 to 6, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323 and 324 of IPC, in Crime No.1787 of 2020, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the aforesaid offences are bailable.
