ORDER

Seeking proper consideration for appointment under compassionate ground, the petitioner originally filed a writ petition in W.P.(MD)No.2656 of 2016. The said writ petition was disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner.

Pursuant to the same, a communication dated 30.01.2017 was issued requiring certain documents from the petitioner, to which the petitioner has also submitted the required documents for consideration. Thereafter, no orders are forthcoming. Hence, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner is before this Court for retaining his seniority.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents on the other hand submitted that the respondents will consider the claim of the petitioner as and when the vacancy arises.

3. Recording the above said submission, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
