ORDER
This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents Nos.1 and 2 to initiate appropriate legal actions based on the petitioner's representation dated 13.06.2022. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner pleaded to direct the respondents to take suitable action based on the petitioner's representation dated 13.06.2022.
3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the respondent police is ready to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 13.06.2022. 4.In view of the above, the second respondent police is directed to consider the representation, dated 13.06.2022, on merit and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
