This petition is filed for a direction to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent police.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that on the complaint given by the de facto complainant, namely the third respondent herein, the second respondent Police has conducted enquiry and the same has been closed.
4. Recording the above said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
