ORDER

The present transfer civil miscellaneous petition is filed to transfer H.M.O.P.No.512 of 2025, on the file of the Family Court, Madurai, to the Family Court, Sivagangai.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the he has life threat at Sivagangai, since the petitioner is living in Sivagangai along with her parents and has political influence. 3.Even though there is an allegation of life threat, as on date, there is no complaint before any police. Therefore, the said allegation is rejected.

4.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is working in a Cooperative Society, therefore, she finds it difficult to travel from Sivagangai to Madurai. Hence, the present transfer civil miscellaneous petition is filed. 5.After hearing the rival submissions, this Court is inclined to allow this transfer civil miscellaneous petition. Therefore, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed as prayed for. If the respondents are facing any life threat, they are at liberty to prefer appropriate complaint before appropriate authorities. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
