O R D E R

The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the medical reimbursement claim applications submitted by the writ petitioner on 25.01.2021 and 24.06.2021 are yet to be considered.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a submission that the writ petitioner is the member of the Health Fund Scheme and eligible for medical reimbursement.

3. Though the application was submitted on 25.01.2021 and it was referred by the third respondent to the first respondent, it is not considered by the first respondent. This being the factum, the first respondent is directed to consider the medical reimbursement claim application of the petitioner dated 25.01.2021 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to enclose the copies of the documents along with the order passed in this writ petition.
