JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was made by S.VAIDYANATHAN, J.] This writ appeal is directed against the order made in W.P(MD)No.12655 of 2023 dated 25.05.2023.

According to the appellant/writ petitioner, after the orders of this Court mentioned supra, there is yet another proceeding initiated by the 2nd respondent and a fresh notice has been issued on the ground that yet another complaint has been received from the very same person. He would further submit that two parallel proceedings are going on for the same issue.

Mr.R.Baskaran, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that it is incorrect

to state that parallel proceedings are initiated and that the respondents 1 and 2 have no issues in combining more than one complaint on the same subject matter, hear all the parties concerned and give a composite decision.

Taking note of the submissions of both the parties, if more than one complaint on the subject matter in question is pending, complaints may be taken together, parties can be heard and decision can be taken within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, of course, after hearing/affording an opportunity to the parties concerned who are likely to be affected/aggrieved.

With the above direction, the Writ Appeal is disposed of. No costs.
