ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to pass orders on the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner by taking into account his explanation. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the petitioner was acquitted from the charges and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition, which is also not denied by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
