RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to surrender and execute the surety before the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kovilpatti as per the order passed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.11341/2018 dated 06/07/2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.G.THALAIMUTHARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.NEELAKANDAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.11341 of 2018, dated 06.07.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.It is seen that there was a delay of more than one month to execute the sureties and surrender before the Trial Court by the petitioner.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,000 (Rupees one thousand only) to the credit of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Dt.Siddha Med Officer CCRI PKM, State Bank of India, Periyakulam, A/c.No.10767823177, IFSC Code: SBIN0000898, MICR Code: 625002601, and on such deposit, the time for surrender and to execute the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
