2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a regular case has been registered in Crime No.122/2017 on 05.04.2017 under Sections 332, 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC against Ramesh Immanuvel.
