[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
consider the representation alleged to have been given by the petitioner on 01.12.2016, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus. 2.The petitioner is present.
3.Mr.R.Murugappan, learned Senior Panel Counsel for Central Government, has taken notice for the second respondent and Mr.M.Govindan, learned Special Government Pleader, has taken notice for the third respondent. Considering the nature of the relief sought in the writ petition, notice need not be sent to the first respondent.
4.It is seen from the records that the petitioner has given a representation on 01.12.2016. The main grievance expressed on the side of the petitioner is that the said representation has not been considered by the concerned authority. Under the said circumstances, the following order can be passed. 5.In fine, this writ petition is allowed without costs and the third respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 01.12.2016 and dispose of the same within a period of one month.
