ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents hot to harass or ill treat the Petitioner or the other office bearers of the Christ Church, in connection with the alleged complaint given by the third respondent.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint given by the third respondent against the petitioner, CSR No.644 of 2022 has been registered, enquiry is conducted and the petition is pending. 3.Recording the said submissions, the first respondent is hereby directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.644 of 2022, by adhering the legal procedures, without harassing the petitioner. 2/4

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
