No. 302 of 2018 on the file of the Learned Subordinate Judge, Padmanabhapuram now transfer and renumbered as O.S. No. 94 of 2021 on the file of the Family Court, Nagarkoil, set aside the same and consequently allow the civil revision petition and thus render justice.

ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for Extension of time on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 14.03.2022, and direct the Court below to dispose of the Suit in OS No.94 of 2021, within a period of two months,and the requisition letter dated 15.06.2022 in D.No.

"The Learned Judge, Family Court, Kanniyakumari @ Nagercoil, sent a letter dated 15.06.2022, requesting extension of further time of six months to dispose of OS No.94 of 2021 pursuant to the order of this Court dated 14.03.2022.

Considering the reasons stated in the letter dated 15.06.2022, a further time of four months is granted from today to dispose of OS No.94 of 2021.
