ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to forbear the respondents from issuing any family card by mentioning the petitioner's house address to any one.

2. Before the matter could be taken up for admission, the respondents have acted upon the application submitted by the petitioner's daughter-in-law and issued a ration card by proceedings dated 18.06.2025. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition at this stage. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh writ petition challenging the order dated 18.06.2025.

3. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
