O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the Sub Court, Kovilpatti to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.15 of 2016.

2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that the trial of the case is substantially concluded, but after the Covid-19 lock down, the case is not getting listed for final disposal. He also added that the suit is also 4 years old and prayed speedy disposal of the suit.

3. This Court now directs the trial Court to dispose H.M.O.P.No.15 of 2016 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Civil Revision Petition is allowed, accordingly. No costs.
