Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction in the nature WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS calling for the records relating to the impugned proceeding issued by the 1st respondent CEO in O.Mu.No.002240/A1/2020 dt 17.08.2020 and the consequential impugned proceeding of the 2nd respondent DEO in O.Mu.No.503/A2/2020 dt 03.09.2020 Quash the same, further Direct the 1st respondent CEO herein to approve forthwith the appointment of petitioner as physical Education Teacher in the 3rd respondent school namely, V.K.P.Higher Secondary School, Colachel from the date of his appointment i.e., 01.06.2018 and disburse the grant-in-aid towards his salary and allowance w.e.f. the said date. This contempt petition is filed that order of this Court in W.P(MD) No.12675 of 2020, dated 25.09.2020 has not been complied with.

2.Today(21.01.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent.
