PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to direct the 2nd respondent to alter the FIR pending on his file in FIR No.403/2018 by way of adding Section 307 of IPC and adding Rojaramani, W/o.Ganesamoorthy as accused No.2 within the time frame that may be fixed by this Court and to direct the 1st respondent to monitor and supervise the same. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to alter in the F.I.R by adding Section 307 I.P.C.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the respondent police have investigated the case and also filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai on 17.09.2018. It is further submitted that the final report is yet to be taken on file before the court below. 3.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of With the direction to the second respondent police to get the final report numberd before the court below within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
