This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to consider the petitioner's written explanation submitted in 107 Cr.P.C proceedings in A3.M.C.R.No.124/2020 on 16.10.2020 and to dispose the same in accordance with law.

2. In the considered view of this Court, the relief sought for in the present writ petition may not subsist at this length of time, since the proceedings in question was initiated under Section 107 of Cr.P.C. 2/4
