2.Today(03.12.2024), when this writ petition is taken up for final hearing, the learned counsel on either side submits that the departmental proceedings initiated as against this petitioner has been culminated with an order of punishment. Challenging the same, the petitioner has filed an appeal before the Appellate Authority, wherein, the punishment imposed on the petitioner was modified. 3.In view of the subsequent development, this writ petition is closed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
