Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to revise the petitioners pay in the post of checking inspector with retrospective effect from 30/10/2010 in terms of government order in G.O.Ms.No.61, Transport (c) Department dated 30/04/2015 and as per settlements dated 13/04/2015 and further directing the respondents to pay him the 1/3

difference amount in his salary from 30/10/2010 to 30/04/2015 and all other attendant benefits together with interest at the rate of 18% per annum.

ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the respondents produced a copy of the communication of the Assistant Manager (Legal), Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (Kumbakonam) Ltd., Karaikudi Region, Karaikudi, dated 21.11.2019 and submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and the amount due to the petitioner has been settled.

2. In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed and if the petitioner has got any grievance with regard to the settlement, he is at liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
