ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The learned counsel fairly brings it to my notice that the writ petition has been filed on the strength of the order dated 30.07.2019 in W.P.(MD)No. 4991 of 2015. Unfortunately for the petitioner, the State took the matter on appeal and the issue ended in favour of the State in Review Application No.60 of 2020 dated 17.08.2021.

3. In this view of the matter, no relief can be granted. The writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
