ORDER

The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to complete the Arbitration Proceedings in Arbitration O.P.No.1 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent within time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (ie. 26.08.2025) , the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the Arbitration Award was passed by the first respondent on 27.12.2024 and hence, no further order is necessary.

3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infrutuous. No costs.
