2. The petitioner seeks electricity service connection for the petition mentioned premises. The petitioner's counsel states that her house has been built only in a patta land. The petitioner's vendor is said to be having patta.

3. The fourth respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application and give a disposal on merits and in accordance with law.
