ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking extension of time for complying with the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 24.03.2026 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.1738 of 2026, wherein the petitioner was directed to surrender before the concerned Court within a period of fifteen days from 24.03.2026.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has undergone an abortion and she is therefore unable to surrender before the concerned Court within the period stipulated by this Court, and thus seeks further time to surrender before the said Court.

3. Considering the reasons assigned in the present petition, the time period to surrender before the concerned Court is hereby extended till 19.06.2026. It is made clear that no further extension will be granted. 2/4

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. 05.06.2026 gvn Note :
