This petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.10 of 2007 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram. 2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that already 10 witnesses have been examined and the case is posted on 05.10.2018. At this stage, this Court cannot entertain https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to quash the final report filed by the respondent police.

4.In the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram, is directed to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.10 of 2007 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, with the above direction.
