RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Cr.M.P.No.943/2019 dated 04.02.2019 in Crl.OP(MD)No.22912/2018, in connection with Cr.No.272/2018 on the file of the respondent police. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.JEYAKUMARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.V.Neelakandan, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL OP(MD) No.22912 of 2018

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.943 of 2019 in CRL OP(MD) No.22912 of 2018 on 24.07.2019 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

CRL MP(MD) No.6784 of 2019 the petitioner tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.943 of 2019 in CRL OP(MD) No.22912 of 2018 on 24.07.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m on the first working day of every month until further others. sd/- 31/07/2019 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
