The petitioner seeks to quash the impugned final report in C.C.No. 421 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul, which was filed for the offences under Sections 143, 188 and 341 of IPC.

2.The Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that impugned final report has been quashed by the dedicated bench of this Court. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3.Recording the above submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
