ORDER

This writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to expedite the unnumbered proceedings in 107 CrPC with regard to crime No.504 of 2016 on the file of the North Police Station, Rajapalayam, Virudhunagar District by way of issuing a Writ of Mandamus.

2.It is averred in the petition that as per the information received under RTI Act by the petitioner, an unnumbered 107 Cr.P.C proceedings is pending as against one Murugan and the second respondent may be directed to expedite the disposal of the same. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned Government Advocate concedes the pendency of the 107 Cr.P.C proceedings as against one Murugan.

4.Considering the pendency of 107 Cr.P.C proceedings as against one Murugan, as alleged by the petitioner, this Court issues the following direction:

"The second respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer, Sattur Division, Virduthunagar District is directed to expedite the disposal of 107 Cr.P.C proceedings as against one Murugan within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

5.With the above direction, this writ petition is ordered accordingly. No costs.
