ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation in crime No.32 of 2026, from the fourth respondent to the third respondent.

2. According to the learned Counsel for State of TN(crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, it is a case of self accident and therefore, they have filed the action dropped report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivillputhur, on 22.05.2026.

3. In view of the above said facts, the petitioner is aggrieved over the action dropped report of the respondent police, it is open to him to initiate appropriate proceedings.

4. With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
