O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. 125 of 2018 on the file of the 1st respondent Police. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the sole accused in this case. On the basis of the complaint given by the defacto complainant a case in Crime No.125 of 2018 is registered on the file of the first respondent for the offences punishable under Section 436 of IPC. 3.Pending this petition, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre. Now agreement was reached between the parties before the Mediation Centre. The terms of compromise is enclosed along with the report. 4.Let the parties appear before the respondent and give statement with regard to the above said terms of agreement, So that the FIR can be closed by the respondent. Let the terms of compromise be form part of the order. 2/4

5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
