ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioners and her family members without any legally sustainable complaint. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioners.

3.According to the petitioners is that due to money dispute between the petitioners and the second respondent, the second respondent made a complaint to the first respondent police. Based on the compliant, the respondent police continuously harassed the petitioners under guise of enquiry.

5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the second respondent, enquiry was undertaken and the same was closed on 26.06.2021. He further submitted that during the course of enquiry, the petitioners has given a statement that only on the previous occasion he was called for the enquiry by the first respondent herein and thereafter he was not called for the enquiry.

6. In view of the above submission and the statement given by the petitioners, nothing survives for further consideration in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
