ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent Police to handover the custody of the vehicle that has been seized from the petitioner.

2.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the respondent Police have registered an FIR against the petitioner and three others in Crime No.711 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 465, 468, 471 and 420 of IPC.

3.In view of the above, the respondent Police is directed to produce the vehicle before the Court below immediately and the petitioner is given liberty to workout his remedy by filing appropriate petition before the Court below for return of the vehicle.

4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
