We have also heard the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents. None appears on behalf of the third respondent, in spite of printing her name in the cause-list after service of notice.

2. The Writ Petition is filed to remove the encroachment made by the third respondent in respect of the property in Survey No.242/20 of Paravai II Bit, Madurai District.

3. We direct the second respondent to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 27 March, 2017 on merits and as per law, after issuing notice to the third respondent. Such exercise shall be completed, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
