RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 3162 of 2021 dated 01/03/2021 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.B.JAMEEL ARASU,Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to stay at Nagercoil and report before the Thuckalai Police Station daily, i.e. at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3162 of 2021, dated 01.03.2021 is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall report before the Thuckalai Police Station, twice in a week, i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
