The Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.115 of 2023, dated 18.05.2023 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that pending the criminal original petition, the investigation is completed and the final report is filed and taken on file as C.C.No.201 of 2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai.

3.Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
