O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 23.02.2015 and 22.08.2016 thereby issue patta to the petitioner for the land situated in Survey No.981/3 and 981/4, Kadamaialkundu Village, Periyakulam Registration District, Madurai.

2. Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the abovesaid representations submitted by the petitioner for issuance of patta, have not been considered so far. Hence, she has come to this Court.

Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, I only direct the respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner, dated 23.02.2015 and 22.08.2016 and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, also by hearing other rival parties, if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
