ORDER

This case has been listed under the caption "for orders" today. On 09.09.2021, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has been completed and on that ground, it has been listed today.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. However, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation has been completed and final report also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram in P.R.C.No.72 of 2019 and posted to 08.11.2021 for the appearance of the accused. Since final report has been filed and cognizance was taken by the concerned Court, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous now and the petitioner has to workout his remedy before the concerned Court through appropriate proceedings.

3.Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
