ORDER

The petitioner got married to the respondent on 04.06.2017. The marital relationship between them appears to have come under strain. Therefore, the respondent herein filed H.M.O.P.No.168 of 2018 before the Principal Sub Court, Tiruchirapalli for dissolving the marriage. The petitioner is based in Dindigul. Therefore, it will be difficult for the petitioner to go over to Tiruchirapalli and contest the proceedings there.

2. Taking note of the fact that the petitioner is a woman, in the interest of justice, this Court withdraws H.M.O.P.No.168 of 2018 from the Principal Sub Court, Tiruchirapalli and transfers the same to the Principal Sub Court, Dindigul. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
